What HeySetter actually does
It reads your real availability, offers the open slots inside the chat and writes the appointment into your Google Calendar. Reminders go out 24 hours before and the same day, with buttons to confirm, reschedule or cancel.
The moment the appointment is booked, it sends a payment link through Stripe or Bold and tracks the status. When the money lands, the booking is confirmed and everyone gets notified. No screenshots, no chasing.
If a lead goes quiet, it comes back at 2 hours, 8 hours and 48 hours, with a message written for that specific conversation. It respects quiet hours and stops the moment the person replies or books.

Dates, time zones and open slots are calculated on our servers against your real calendar. The language model never does date math, so it cannot offer you a Tuesday that does not exist.
