The team behind HeySetter

HeySetter is a product of BigBang Goals, Inc. We are a small team, and that is on purpose: the person who writes the code is the same one who reads the conversations your agent has, and the person who designs the message is the same one who watches whether it books an appointment.

We built HeySetter because we lived the problem first. Leads that arrive at eleven at night. The one that goes cold because nobody answered for four hours. The appointment booked and then never shown up to. None of that gets fixed with a chatbot that follows a flow somebody drew six months ago.
