There are no tiers, no add-ons and no setup fee, and the 7-day trial does not ask for a card. Setter Premium, for unlimited volume, multiple agents and custom integrations, is priced for each company on a call.

A unique conversation is one contact with at least one message during the billing month. Ten messages from the same person in the same month count as one.
Billing questions
One contact who exchanges at least one message with your agent during the billing month. If the same person writes to you ten times across the month, that is one unique conversation. The count resets with each calendar month, and the dashboard shows it in real time.
Nothing breaks. Every conversation above 3,000 is billed at $0.08, added to your next invoice. If you are consistently far above the threshold, Setter Premium removes the limit entirely. We will tell you when the math stops favoring the $350 plan.
No. The 7-day trial gives you every feature with no card. If you decide not to continue, nothing is charged and nothing renews. You only add a payment method when you choose to stay after the trial.
It is quoted for each company on a call, because the price depends on volume, the integrations you need and the custom work involved. There is no public number and no starting price. Book a call and you get a real quote for your operation.
No. The plan is billed monthly and you cancel whenever you want from the dashboard. There is no permanence clause, no cancellation fee and no setup fee. You keep your WhatsApp number and your data either way.
Your $350 covers the platform, the AI and our infrastructure. Meta bills its own WhatsApp fees straight to your Meta Business account: since July 2025 it charges per delivered template message, replies inside an open service window are free, and rates depend on your customer's country. We show you where to check them.
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid. Moving from the $350 plan to Setter Premium happens on a call, because the setup is done by our team.
Card payments in US dollars for the subscription. Prices are always in USD regardless of your country. If your company needs invoicing in another arrangement, that is part of the Setter Premium conversation.
